Ludwig Boltzmann Institute HTA

The Ludwig Boltzmann Institute HTA (LBI-HTA) is an independent organisation for scientific decision-making support in the health sector. It provides the scientific basis for decisions in favour of an efficient and appropriate use of resources. In this process, it adopts a broad socially-relevant view of medical interventions.
The LBI-HTA considers itself an innovative and creative interdisciplinary think tank and includes the further development of HTA methodology within its objectives.
